Since Froggy was born on February 29th, he is a leap-year baby, and since he only has a birthday once every four years, the Gang decides to throw a big surprise party in his honor. Froggy hears they are planning a party, and not realizing that it is a surprise for him, he is hurt and dejected because he is not included in the planning.
