Alfalfa's cousin Wilbur (played by SCOTTY BECKETT) arrives for a two-week visit. He looks like a sissy, and the Gang refuses to treat him with much respect. But when Butch uses force to take over the highly successful Our Gang Insurance Company, Wilbur shows the Gang he's a lot tougher than he looks by beating up Butch and taking over as president of the company.
