It's been a tough three years for Tommy. A Louisiana native, born and raised, this Southern gentleman's world was turned upside down when he lost everything to Hurricane Katrina in 2005. With nothing left but a few hundred bucks and a bag full of clothes, Tommy left his home state and headed west for California, where he ended up meeting Chelsea at a restaurant they both worked at. The two quickly went from co-workers to a couple living together in less than a month, and now two years later, Tommy is ready to tie the knot! So what's his idea of the perfect proposal? Tommy wants to give Chelsea a belated birthday party where she will be surrounded by family and friends right when he pops the big question. But with only three days to pull it all together, can he fill up her favorite restaurant with loved ones on such short notice? Or will this giant celebration turn into a party just for two?
