Paul and Candice have been dating long-distance for over nine years! Now that they're finally living together in the same city, Paul feels that it's the right time to propose to the only woman he's ever loved. But Candice has been waiting a long time, now Paul has to pull out all the stops to make sure this is one day that his girl will never forget. Since they live in San Diego, Paul has decided that a proposal on the water is the way to go. But with only three days to make it all happen, can he find a yacht, a captain, a caterer, and purchase the ring of her dreams? Or will he end up popping the question with an "I owe you"?
