The Remastered edition finally brings the Klingon battlecruisers we know from later years to this, the first episode to feature the Klingons -- but still in the cat-and-mouse spirit of the original. Kirk and Spock intervene to offer protection to the people of a planet caught dangerously between the Empire and the Federation. But the seemingly lethargic Organians turn out to have a few surprises of their own... and those get the Remastered upgrade treatment as well.
