The Homecoming

With the return of Helen’s daughter Samantha Roy (April Blackbird), Joanna (Kristin Kreuk) sees an opportunity to restart the case against the mine to protect the farm, but she quickly discovers Samantha, and her mother did not agree on anything, particularly the farm. As Joanna and Billy (Peter Mooney) scramble to keep their case alive, the evidence they uncover begins to point to a shocking conclusion about the mine. As Luna (Star Slade) and Stevie (Brynn Godenir) work to win a legal settlement for Dee (Victoria Turko), they are frustrated by the lack of options for victims of trafficking, but their investigation is broken open when they stumble on a surprising defendant. When Kip (Skye Pelletier) runs away, Beckbie (Meegwun Fairbrother) and Diane (Nicola Correia-Damude) must track him down, but their investigation leads to difficult personal revelations.
