"Perennial bachelor and ladies’ man, Atty. Benedicto or Ben (Aga Muhlach), devotes his time to environmental protection. In Boracay, Ben meets the young, spoiled and insouciant Michelle Valmonte (Anne Curtis) who just arrived from the U.S. Michelle or Mitch works in her father Paco Valmonte’s (Christopher De Leon) real estate development company. Ben and Mitch have grown fond of each other in spite of their age difference that they begin to date and sleep together. But Mitch will not admit that Ben is her boyfriend because she does not want any commitment and neither will tie him down with exclusivity. Yet Mitch finds herself between a rock and a hard place when her father’s company contends with Ben’s environmental group about a certain land area they are protecting. Paco Valmonte loses the case, making Ben and Mitch decide to stay away from each other until they are ready to make each other their priority."
