When Nevada's money is stolen at a bar, he chases after the thief and assaults him. The next morning a dead body is found in the exact same spot as the assault. Nevada begins to become suspicious that he may be responsible for the murder. Things become more complicated when Nevada accidentally meets the brother of the deceased and they strike up a friendship bonding over the two events.
